Excellent venue in a marvelous location, just a short walk to the Classic Cup Cafe for breakfast and other cool restaurants, upscale shopping, and activities. Truly enjoyed our stay in a lovely room with updated amenities like a TV. - Central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV were a nice advantage.

Whole place was spotlessly clean with nice views; incredible location to be at the Plaza. The room was well-appointed and well-kept and I appreciated the stay during the holidays. Location: the hotel was close enough to the hill, the Chaz restaurant, and a museum dont touch nothing kinda way. I randomly popped in Halls serving some pastries, located relatively near the venue, it was nice.

I loved this grand old place, stayed there for 2 nights. My room included a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making equipment. - the staff was efficient and exceptionally caring, everything was perfect. - I was pleased with good service. - Besides, I was able to park underground.

The food was exceptional, the service was excellent, and I enjoyed a large and luxurious room with a spacious bathtub.
